Gongyou Machines Ltd. is China's leading producer of woodworking machines, with 1260 employees, a worldwide sales network and rapidly growing exports.

The world experiences the largest construction boom in the history of mankind. The boom happens mainly in emerging market countries with a combined population of more than 3 billion (China, India, ASEAN, Russia, Latin America). The furniture and construction material industries - Gongyou's main client sectors - in these price-sensitive countries increasingly buy machines from China. This allows them to benefit from a better price-quality ratio (compared with machines from traditional supplier countries).

China, our core market, has the world's largest furniture industry. Gongyou's other major markets are Indonesia, Russia, Brazil and 40 other countries, most of them with a booming furniture industry.

150 R&D engineers constantly enlarge our product portfolio of about 200 machine types. Our machines are of excellent quality, but often 50% cheaper than comparable European machines. Gongyou has an annual capacity of 100000 machines and 300000 electro motors. we are constantly expanding the facilities.

Gongyou is incorporated in Singapore and has its factories in Weihai / Shandong Province.

Founded in 1958, Gongyou was privatized in an MBO in 1998.
