Chen Jin Kui Director
Mr. Chen graduated from Tsinghua University as an MBA. Leveraged on his extensive academic knowledge on enterprise operation and administration, he accumulated practical experience when he worked for China National Petroleum Corporation and NISSAN (China) as a senior manager. During his employment with NISSAN (China) he was involved in business processing management and human resource management and has amassed valuable experiences in cross-cultural administration.
Chen Chuan Qing Director
Mr. Chen joined the Gongyou Group in 1972, and he has amassed more than 30 years of valuable experiences in woodworking machinery industry.
Luo Shou Ping Director
Mr. Luo joined Gongyou Group in 1970. He has also amassed more than 30 years of valuable experiences in sales and marketing of woodwork machines.
Luo Fu Ding Director
Mr. Luo joined Gongou Group in 1987. He has worked in Gongyou sales and marketing department for 10 years before he assumed his current role. He is also the liaison person of the Labor Union of the Shandong Gongyou Group.
Julian Sandt Director
Julian Sandt is the CEO of Orchid Capital Ltd. (www.orchidcapital.net), an investment company focusing on Pre-IPO investments in Asia. Orchid Capital was the Lead Investor in Gongyou's Pre-IPO investment round. Julian Sandt has been for many years in managing positions in the private equity industry, as Senior Partner at Aegis Private Capital, Singapore, and Managing Partner of TFG Asia Pte. Ltd., Singapore. From 1993 - 2000, Mr. Sandt has been in senior positions with Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt, Paris and Singapore ("Prokurist" since 1997, last position was Manager Capital Markets and Syndications in Singapore). Mr. Sandt has a German MBA with honours from leading business school WHU Koblenz.
Paul Yang Director
Paul Yang graduated from Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge, with a BA and MA CAMTAB in theoretic physics and from Imperial College, University of London, with a MBA. His professional career started in Hong Kong's Hutchison China as an investment analysis. After settling in Singapore, he worked for Keppel FELS, the biggest government conglomerate in Singapore and AIMAC, a private equity JV fund between ADB GIC, JBIC etc, both in the capacity of investment manager. He then co-founded various companies in the fields of VC, consultancy and pharmaceutical.
