Our customer service department supports our sales dealers, taking responsible for the provision of after-sales services and obtaining feedback on our products from our customers.
In the domestic market, we have 9 employees focus on after-sales service. Five of them are allocated to Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Xi’an and Shenyang cities, where we have established after-sales station to serve the nearby region. The four remaining technical staff serves emergent demands.
Apart from our customer service department, our dealers are also equipped with the requisite technical knowledge and are able to provide timely after-sales services. We also provide training for the technical staff of our sales dealers to increase their level of technical knowledge and enable them to provide better after-sales services to our customers. Each year our dealers send their technical staff to our company for annual training, while we provide free accommodation. We also provide incentive policy to dealers on after-sales service.
With cooperation of dealers, generally technical staff can arrive at spots in 24 hours. When the dealers couldn’t solve the technical problem, we will then appoint our technical staff to support after notification.
As for the international market, our after-sales service is totally fulfilled by our overseas dealers since there are no overseas branches established yet. [1]
