The Company currently employed 150 staff, (90% of them hold a bachelor degree and above) of which 30 of them hold senior R&D positions. The R&D Division has been certified at the provincial level in 1998 and over the last two years, the department has successfully developed more than 200 kinds of new products, of which:
- 51 have been applied for patent grant
- 20 are listed in the new products development plan of the country, the province and the city
- 18 have won national, provincial and the Department level prizes
To date, our R&D division has developed long-term cooperative relationships with Northeast Forestry University, Nanjing Forestry University, Beijing Forestry Machinery Research Institute to accelerate the development of high-end digit products. We aim to increase the percentage of high-end products in the product mix and the market shares of high-end digital-controlled lathes to compete more effectively in the International market.
In recognition of our R&D strength, one of our experts, Mr. Dong Yanwen, was appointed to join the amendment work for three National Standards .Three of company standards have been accepted by National Forestry Machinery Association as National Standards. Another eight are on the process of application.
